About Allegiance Property Management

Allegiance Property Management was born as an answer to the call of homeowners and investors who were looking to work with professionals who not only effectively managed their properties but also took their client’s financial success to heart.  We focused on our clients needs and wants and built our business practices around them.

The entire concept of our company is to show owners, tenants, and even maintenance vendors that you can actually enjoy working with your property manager.  We heard your concerns about less than par accounting, poor tenant screening, poor maintenance management, lack of vested interest in your assets, and, above all other complaints, the lack of communication and availability that other property managers seem to provide.

To address these concerns, the foundation of our company was built on a streamlined software system, Propertyware.  Propertyware is designed to replace the typical patchwork of property management solutions with one single integrated platform.  Our customers can have all the information they need at their fingertips as we share leases, work order status, rental documents, owner statements and communications through customized portals for owners and tenants. Propertyware assists us to fill more vacancies, renew more leases, save time, cut costs, and increase accuracy.

By using this integrated software it allows our team members to focus on providing a more personal customer experience.  We ensure that we are always accessible to our clients and their needs.  We back this dedication to customer service in two ways. First, we do not require a term of contract. This means that at any point, if you decide you do not like us, you can cancel your agreement. Secondly, we will refund the last 2 months of property management fees to you.  What do you have to lose?

After serving as an Active Duty Marine, Alexandra began her real estate career in San Diego where she specialized in traditional real estate and business growth \ office development. She moved to the Dallas area to assist a local, investor focused company in business development. Here she dedicated her services to investors looking to expand their portfolios and asset management.  This prompted Alexandra to begin her own property management company in Garland, which is still operating due to her great staff.    An Idaho native, she returned home to be closer to family (and mountains).  She has since expanded her real estate and property management services to the Treasure Valley.  She is eager to provide quality service to all her clients.  She lives in Nampa, happily, with dogs Dexter & Jackson and horses Z & Dollor.
